Objective: This project focuses on conducting a spatial analysis of Airbnb listings in Amsterdam. The analysis aims to explore the impact of Airbnb on residential communities by examining the spatial patterns and relationships within the dataset.

Spatial Analysis: Using geopandas, matplotlib, alongside other python libraries, the data was visualized and examined using various plots and tables. Pysal's ESDA (Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis) was used to calculate local spatial autocorrelation.
