Built multiple logistic regression analysis and machine learning model, predicted Airbnb licensure in Vancouver with 90.7% accuracy while evaluating 18 key variables.

Employed Streamlit for web application development to allow for easy data analytics of results, helping identify nearly 2,000 illegal rentals.
